|Description:||You have an interesting concept that is worthy of a closer look. There is a reason that real estate agents charge between 7-10% for their manament services. If you believe it can be done at 5% with room for profit, you must have a very efficient operation in mind. I would like to hear more. I assume you have tried traditional funding sources? Getting a $500k revolving line of credit on a new biz will be almost impossible unless you can prove FREE cash flows of at least $10k per month....this represents 200 properties under management at $1000 pm per property.|
|Need from others:||Please provide more details of what you already have...a detailed business plan?, rough numbers?, personal experience?, your own group of properties to start the ball rolling? What research have you done into market size? How do you plan to break into the market? Why do you believe you can offer the service at a lower cost? What is your unique selling proposition...ie.why would landlords use YOUR services? These and many more questions require answers before I can really help you. Post as much info here as you are comfortable with, and we will take it from there.|
