Need U.S. partner for a new online payment service

Provide Venture CapitalProvide Venture Capital
I am an investor based in the Netherlands. I am setting up in the United States.
The business is a new online payment service that is being set up in the U.S to assist European companies selling into North American market. We will offer various form of online payment services to European companies to help them sell their goods and services into the U.S. market.
Several clients have been lined up including one major software / technology company from Germany. This company will use our services and guarantee us a stable revenue stream.
Need from others: I have substantial financial backing, but I need a partner who is U.S. based and either a citizen or a green card holder.
The U.S. partner is going to assist and profit from a new online business.
A small office will be set up in the U.S and local staff hired to handle the banking, but for the most part you will be able to work from home.
This is a perfect opportunity for the right person in the U.S.
