As for the details of plan I will be glad to tell you that I have done some research and I think that the best places to develop the infrastructure are those villages which are situated near Pune, Banglore, Delhi, Kalkata. The cities are crowded and working peoples there need to get a good home in reasonable prices. Recently I am doing well in the area and got some good ideas.
