|Description:||Before I tell you about the opportunity, I want tell you a little about myself. I have been a chef for 12yrs in some of the finest restaurants around. I have in-depth knowledge on many different types of cuisines from cajun creole to mediterranean and french cuisines. I have also gained essential aspects on running & maintaining a successful restaurant, basically if you don't have good food, service & management you won't last long in this industry. Other key to a restaurants success is location and marketing. You will find that most successful restaurants contain these qualities. It is essential that you know your industry inside out, before even thinking about starting a business in your chosen industry, naturally. I have always wanted to open a restaurant but location has been a problem. It is virtually impossible to open a successful restaurant in the city unless you are willing to pay through the nose for the real-estate. Now for the opportunity!
The small city I live in is going through some major developments. The state government and some private developers are spending hundreds of millions of dollars to develop the immediate area. Included in these developments is a twenty million dollar re-development of the foreshore. The constructions are happening as I speak. I have seen the plans and I kid you not, this little city is going to be the number 1 destination on the west coast of Australia. The development plans are truly amazing, and a fantastic opportunity for restaurants along the brand new foreshore exist. Things a really happening here, for instance the real-estate market have recorded record sales and people from out of town are buying houses in the area because of the huge potential that this town has in the short future. The tourism industry is gearing up for a huge influx of visitors as this town is going to be thrust upon the international tourism market. I can go on and on about the potential but you get the picture.
All the right requirements for a successful restaurant is present. It is not to late, but only a handful of restaurants can get access to the water-front so it is time to get the ball rolling. Even if you do not know a thing about the hospitality industry, don't worry, leave that to me. I guarantee that this restaurant will be the best thing to happen to this town since sliced bread, competition you say, I will blow them out of the water.
It is time to cement your financial future and invest in this once in a live time opportunity. I forecast that we will make two million dollars in sales a year, which is not unusual for a restaurant of this calibre. Imagine sitting in your own restaurant with a nice glass of wine, making good money while all the hard work is done by me...
