Mobile Apps for Businesses

The business idea is about...helping businesses grow, get new customers, branding of business and retaining existing customers

1) My customers are business owners who have a website, who may advertise and who want to grow their business… and I can reach them by...push messages, qr codes, in the mobile app stores such as Itunes and Android and Blackberry

2) My competitors are…mobile websites which are totally different

3) My idea is unique because almost everyone has a mobile phone … and the competitive edge is…their business is in the customers pocket 24 hours a day

4) I want to promote the business by…forming partnerships with other marketers, sharing the profits, with minimal costs if any to the marketer. This can be done on the internet. The business can see a mock app first, before they buy. Financing available also.

5) My experience in this type of business is…have been doing internet marketing for several years, have websites, am a contributing author on a major site, all available to see online.

6)I can estimate the start up cost. I am looking for contacts and then I will share a commission.

7) I am ready to commit resources. This has already been done.
I would like to develop partnerships, referrals and customers and you share in the fees.

Save many people from any disaster in safehouse

Introduction:
Nobody knows if the end of the world in 2012 is true.
Nobody is able to prove that its false either.
Nobody is sure of what to do....

There can be any disaster, either man-made or natural.
It can be an earth quake, tsunami, volcano, heat rays from sun, communicative viruses, nuking, riots or anything.
Building a safe-house with enough supplies can significantly improve the chances of one's survival from any such disaster.
This safe house can be built under one's living premise, with very strong enclosures, and enough supplies for a family which should last for a month.

There is definitely a need for this product.

Customers:
We can target upper-middle class and above segment. Our customers will need to have an independent property where we will be able to dig and build a safe-house.

Promotion:

The promotion strategy is simple in this business. It is 'fear', the easily invokable emotion.
Fear is the emotion that takes care of one's survival. When the customer is aware that anything disastrous can happen, he will blindly do anything for the survival of himself and his family.

This product of ours, safe-house will be technically constructed to provide maximum protection from any calamities.

Enough marketing should be done to get our segment of customers aware of our product.

Building this safe-house could cost our customers around Rs. 10 Lakhs including the provision of supplies.

PS: This is my idea for the survival of Indian people and I have been doing research on the best methods for protection. Similar kind of safe houses are already there in developed countries.
I am looking for like-minded entrepreneurs who will also be able to fund for this project.

Dissolve The Box and Reposition Management

We met with corporations and individuals across the globe and found out the majority of critical issues concerning them are:

Coping mechanisms are on the decline
Growth is under tremendous pressure
People are yet to express their inner intelligence
Organizational culture lacks fertility to unlock real value
Decision makers fail to see deeper, wider and faster into situations

Most individuals and organizations across the globe think traditionally “from the box” and keep struggling. Some who presently lead do so by thinking differently. They “think outside of the box” to innovate, compete and grow smartly. New management and leadership styles and different strategies have added value to the traditional organizations. But the big question is - Is it enough for tomorrow’s leaders and enterprises?
Let’s understand through this famous case:
If you ask a thief to “think outside of the box” what will be the effect? Probably he steals better than before to become a better thief by manipulates things even better (as he continues to think from the platform of the thief only).
But if the same person “Dissolves his box” he realizes he is not really a thief and at the same time he also gets the designing intelligence to reposition himself.
It’s not just an incremental but a radical or a structural shift.
It’s the same with us or with organizations around us. When we think outside of the box we are able to think outside of only the superficial boxes. Our deeper boxes still dictate. We still respond from our limited, polluted and infected mental images or self-understanding which are picked up as we grow. When we think outside of the box we only move further in that earlier chosen direction caused by deeper boxes, just like the thief who could only become a better thief.
It’s time for individuals and organizations to “Dissolve the Box and Reposition” to lead the hot, crowded and the dynamic flat world.

At this juncture one must answer the core question.
Are you “really free”?
The response of business and political leaders, professionals, scientists, students, homemakers, entrepreneurs and farmers from different parts of the world coupled with our own experience made us strongly believe that the inner intelligence of individuals and organizations has not been able to express itself as we are boxed.
What is more surprising is that our mental traps are limiting, infecting and polluting everything we do. We are not “really free” and so we have no or very little choice. We respond through “stereotyped thoughts” which come automatically and compulsively. Our decisions, strategies and execution capabilities therefore have inherent designing limitations. This has lead to companies failing, economies sinking and families breaking.
Thinking outside of the box is not enough as the box still remains the reference point. This only allows us to think out of some of the superficial boxes just like majority of the present day leaders. We still continue to respond from our “deeper traps” which are actually holding us back from really growing. This is guiding us for a very narrow growth, restricting to only a few aspects; and unfortunately these aspects are also infected.
It’s time to take the Universal leap.
Dissolve the box completely and reposition to lead the hot, crowded and the dynamic flat world. This will make the objectives, strategies and processes more integrated with the Universal Intelligence which has created and which manages the entire Universe. They’ll get the designing capabilities to incorporate finer, intelligent and relevant aspects or variables into their existing decisions, plans and execution processes.
We need to propagate this concept and also need partners to take it forward in the industry.

Community to Log Your Faults platform on any products

I am currently employed as a Software consultant. I am currently a Test Analyst working for Cancer Research and have been on various projects. I have also worked for telecommunication organisation (ORANGE networks) and in the Charity sectors (Shaw Trust and Cancer research UK)

My passion has grown over the years as a consultant to produce excellent customer service. I strongly believe that an exceptional customer service will not only uplift the image of an organisation, but will also create 'Customer Retention'

I recently came up with an idea which I truly believe will be a phenomenon to customer service.

Businesses always claim that customer satisfaction is always their number one priority, this business I am proposing will help them to prove it and hence, create what I call 'RAVING FANS' where consumers and service providers will all get the chance to interact effectively.

People find it hard to put their feelings and thoughts out to service providers. This idea will help them voice out their thoughts and be heard.

I believe this is a great opportunity that will create a platform for service providers and customers and enable the service providers to improve on products, services and retain their customers

This will be like the next 'FACEBOOK' but for service providers and their customers

I am ready to draft a business plan.
As stated above, I have a business idea to bring service providers and customers together to provide what I call 'Raving Fans'. This idea will help the service providers to get into the shoes of the everyday people with their real say

I have not set up a business before and writing to get some feedback / advise as to how I can put this idea forward and star the ball rolling
